The fast-food chain has announced an ambitious expansion of its menu offerings, revealing more than 20 innovative items during its annual showcase event. Among the most significant announcements was the decision to make Nacho Fries a permanent fixture on the menu later this year, responding to persistent customer demand. Building on this popular item, the chain will introduce variations including a spicier version featuring enhanced nacho cheese sauce with Flamin’ Hot seasoning.

The chicken category is receiving substantial attention with the introduction of a comprehensive line of specialty dusted crispy chicken nuggets. These new offerings will include multiple flavor profiles: a heat-focused Diablo Dusted variety, a Cool Ranch Doritos-inspired option complete with matching dipping sauce, and a Flamin’ Hot Dusted version designed for spice enthusiasts.

Sweet Treats Take Center Stage

The dessert segment is experiencing a notable expansion with several creative offerings. A standout addition is the Crème Brûlée Crunchwrap Slider, featuring vanilla filling complemented by a cinnamon-sugar tostada and caramelized sugar shell. Additional sweet options include a Birthday Cake Empanada developed in collaboration with Milk Bar, and a Strawberry & Cream Mexican Pizza Bite that resembles a cheesecake-inspired tostada.

The recently launched Chocolate Fudge & Caramel Empanadas were also highlighted as part of this dessert-focused initiative, demonstrating the brand’s commitment to expanding beyond traditional savory offerings.

Mexican Pizza Gets Creative Updates

The popular Mexican Pizza is receiving several new interpretations. A Cantina Chicken version will feature slow-roasted chicken and black beans layered between crispy tortillas, topped with Jalapeño Citrus Salsa. Additionally, Mexican Pizza Empanadas will offer bite-sized portions filled with seasoned beef, cheese, and signature sauce.

The drink menu is expanding with several new options, including Mountain Dew Baja Midnight Zero, Strawberry Horchata Refresca, and Cold Brew featuring Purple Horchata Cold Foam. A Salt & Straw Tacolate Chiller rounds out the beverage additions.

Beyond traditional menu items, the company also revealed novelty products including an edible fire queso sauce packet, a Queso Cracked Cantina Bowl, and even Mountain Dew Baja Blast under-eye patches, demonstrating their commitment to brand extension beyond food service.

While some items are already available in select locations, the majority of these new offerings are scheduled for gradual rollout throughout 2026.
